There is only 1 recipe that is animal-based. All other recipes are plant-based, dairy-free, & gluten-free. Some recipes contain protein powder, which you can replace with a plant-based option no problem.
Is this protocol a diet?
No, not at all. Having struggled with food, I am very cautious of restriction & using the word ‘diet.' Inside the protocol, you will find suggestions to add into your lifestyle, I recommend including as often as possible. This eBook is designed for you to pick & choose what you'd like to include into your new routine.
I'm in menopause, is this for me?
The suggestions throughout this protocol are great habits to instill for anyone, including those in perimenopause & beyond. However, it is designed with the cyclical person in mind. If you are looking for support during this time, I would suggest contacting McKenna for 1:1 support.
